• One year of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with 15 credit hours in Human Services OR RN with VA license
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record

Aufgaben

• Ensure ICF/IID facilities comply with federal, state, local and agency regulations, policies and procedures.
• Assist with budget development and coordination of the cost settlement process.
• Gather baseline data and coordinate screening, admission and discharge of individuals.
• Establish teamwork with contract professionals including physicians and other medical professionals.
• Coordinate development and implementation of individualized programs.
• Ensure proper administration of medication by staff.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training and supervision, and monitoring of work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
