Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Deltek Costpoint (GL and Project Cost Accounting).
• 3+ years integrating Costpoint with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) or similar CLM tools.
• Strong understanding of project structures, CLINs, funding workflows, and Costpoint posting logic.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms and API-based integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across finance, contracts, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage integrations for contract values, funding releases, and authorizations.
• Develop and test mapping and data transformation logic for accurate posting and revenue recognition.

Position Status: Full Time – Contract (12–18 months, potential extension or permanent hire)

Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience

Position Description: Seneca Resources is hiring a Costpoint Deployment SME to lead the hands‑on configuration and deployment of Deltek Costpoint, integrating it with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for contract, funding, and obligation tracking. You’ll partner with finance, contracts, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow between systems and compliance with accounting standards. This is a hybrid role based in McLean, VA, offering the opportunity to make a visible impact on a large‑scale ERP modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Deltek Costpoint aligned with Icertis contract structures.
