Edge Ice Arena is seeking experienced Zamboni Drivers to ensure a quality ice surface and a safe environment for all users. The role includes cleaning locker rooms, arena, and bleachers, with a focus on professional public interaction and flexible shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The position requires ice maintenance experience, relevant certifications preferred, and a willingness to work part-time as a Foothills employee with a range of recreational benefits.

Qualifications

• STAR Ice Technician Certification or Safe Ice Resurface Operation course preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred, required within 60 days of hire.
• One year experience with ice maintenance and operating an ice resurface required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the ice resurfacer to ensure a quality ice surface.
• Keep locker rooms, arena, and bleachers clean and safe for users.
• Interact with the public in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Adapt shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
