The Fargo Force is seeking a Zamboni Driver to join our arena operations team in Fargo, ND. You will operate the ice resurfacer with precision to maintain a smooth, safe surface for games, practices, and events, contributing to a top-notch fan experience.

Candidates should have hands-on ice resurfacer experience or basic vehicle operation, excellent attention to detail, strong safety focus, and the ability to work weekends and weekdays in a cold arena environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an ice resurfacer (Zamboni) or basic motor vehicle experience and willingness to learn to operate an ice resurfacer.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and ice quality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) in a cold, loud arena.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow workplace rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Zamboni to maintain a smooth, safe ice surface between rentals and youth games.
• Perform ice resurfacing procedures with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust ice conditions, water levels, blade settings, and ice thickness for quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operate equipment in arena environment.
• Assist with locker room and hallway cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Ice Crew and arena operations staff for event prep and breakdown.
• Communicate ice conditions and equipment status to supervisors.
• Perform other duties to support arena and event operations.
