Job summary

ROC Ventures, LLC is seeking Ice Slide associates to operate the ice slide during Frost Fest 2026 in Franklin, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include guest assistance, ticket scanning and selling, tube distribution, and ensuring waivers are signed for safety.

Hours run primarily Thursday–Sunday from November 19 through December 27, with the week of Christmas offering longer hours; the site will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Pay is $12/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience handling guests in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to assist in crowd control and line management.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ice slide and assist guests safely.
• Scan and sell tickets to attendees.
• Distribute tubes and other guest items as needed.
• Ensure waivers are signed and collected.
• Enforce safety rules and report incidents to supervisors.
• Assist in maintaining orderly queues and guest flow.

We are looking for Ice Slide associates to function our ice slide during Frost Fest 2026.

Job duties consists of:

• Customer service


• scanning tickets


• selling tickets


• handing out tubes


• ensuring safety on slide


• ensuring waivers are signed.

We will be open primarily Thursday - Sundays from November 19th - December 27th!

We will be open Monday - Sunday the week of Christmas.

We will be CLOSED Thanksgiving day and Christmas day!

Our hours of operation will fluctuate from 3:30pm-9:30pm depending on the day of the week!

This position pays $12/HR
