Job summary
ROC Ventures, LLC is seeking Actors/Elves to support Frost Fest 2026 in Franklin, Wisconsin. You will assist with customer service and venue way finding to help guests navigate the event.
Shifts run Thursday through Sunday from November 19 through December 27, with the week of Christmas extending to Sunday. Hours are typically 3:30pm–9:30pm, and we will be closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days. This position pays $12 per hour.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly attitude in fast-paced environments.

We are looking for Actors / Elves to help assist in way finding and customer service during Frost Fest 2026.
Job duties consists of: Customer service and venue way finding
We will be open primarily Thursday - Sundays from November 19th - December 27th!
We will be open Monday - Sunday the week of Christmas.
We will be CLOSED Thanksgiving day and Christmas day!
Our hours of operation will fluctuate from 3:30pm-9:30pm depending on the day of the week!
This position pays $12/HR
