Job summary

ROC Ventures, LLC is hiring Parking associates to staff Frost Fest 2026. The role involves helping guests in the parking lots, scanning and selling tickets, and directing traffic to ensure smooth flow during peak hours.

Work primarily Thursday–Sunday from Nov 19 to Dec 27, with extended hours the week of Christmas. Shifts run 3:30pm–9:30pm, with some variability by day. Pay is $16/hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with parking tickets at Frost Fest 2026.
• Scan and sell parking tickets as needed.
• Direct traffic and guide guests to parking areas.
• Ensure guests are parked efficiently and safely.

We are hiring Parking associates for Frost Fest 2026!

We are looking for Parking associates to function our parking lot during Frost Fest 2026.

Job duties consists of:

• Customer service
• scanning parking tickets
• selling parking tickets
• directing traffic
• ensuring guests are parked efficiently and appropriately

We will be open primarily Thursday - Sundays from November 19th - December 27th!

We will be open Monday - Sunday the week of Christmas.

We will be CLOSED Thanksgiving day and Christmas day!

Our hours of operation will fluctuate from 3:30pm-9:30pm depending on the day of the week!

This position pays $16/HR
