Job summary

ROC Ventures, LLC is hiring Guest Service associates for Frost Fest 2026 in Franklin, WI. You will work at the front gate and box office, performing customer service, scanning and selling tickets, wristbanding patrons, and helping visitors with directions.

Shifts run Thursday through Sunday 3:30pm–9:30pm, November 19 through December 27, with daily operations the week of Christmas. The role is seasonal and pays $12 per hour, with occasional schedule variations.

• Wristbanding patrons and assisting with wayfinding and general inquiries.

We are hiring Guest Service associates for Frost Fest 2026!

We are looking for Guest Service associates to function our front gate and box office during Frost Fest 2026.

Job duties consists of: Customer service, scanning tickets, selling tickets, wrist banding patrons and way finding!

We will be open primarily Thursday - Sundays from November 19th - December 27th!

We will be open Monday - Sunday the week of Christmas.

We will be CLOSED Thanksgiving day and Christmas day!

Our hours of operation will fluctuate from 3:30pm-9:30pm depending on the day of the week!

This position pays $12/HR
