Job summary

US Ice Rinks, Inc. is seeking an ice maintenance and operations assistant at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center in Saint Cloud, MN.

You will oversee ice surfaces, operate arena equipment, and support daily operations while ensuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for all users. You will also supervise and assist with training student staff including Facility Managers, Supervisors, Game Operations, Pro Shop, and rink attendants, helping schedules and events stay on time and customer

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in ice arena operations.
• Basic customer service skills.
• Basic experience with ice rink specific equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ice surfaces and field of play to ensure safe, smooth operation.
• Operate ice-related equipment and support daily facility tasks.
• Supervise and assist with the training of student staff (Facility Managers, Facility Supervisors, Game Operations, Pro Shop, Rink Attendants, Event Staff).
• Maintain customer service standards and provide a clean, safe, and friendly environment for end users.
