Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Spruce Peak in Vermont is seeking an Ice Rink Attendant to maintain a safe and welcoming skating environment. You’ll remove snow, resurface the ice, keep the rink area clean, and perform basic equipment maintenance while engaging guests with helpful, friendly service.

The role offers outdoor work in a fast-paced recreational setting, with shifts from 1pm to 9pm and weekend/holiday requirements. Competitive hourly pay and staff benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Afternoon and evening shifts (1pm-9pm) required.
• Some weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ice surface by removing snow and operating the ice resurfacer.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the rink plaza and surrounding areas.
• Perform basic maintenance on rink equipment and components.
• Interact directly with guests by answering questions and delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for an Ice Rink Attendant to join our team! The Ice Rink Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable skating environment for guests. Duties include maintaining the ice surface by removing snow and operating the ice resurfacer, ensuring the cleanliness of the rink plaza and surrounding areas, and performing basic maintenance on rink equipment and components. This position interacts directly with guests by answering questions, providing assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced recreational setting.

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour.
