Job summary

Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our Engineering Team. You will respond to maintenance requests from residents and guests and ensure timely resolution of issues with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting building systems.

The role supports a dynamic resort environment, offering competitive pay of $25.00–$29.00 per hour and a second shift from 3PM to 11PM, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a premier mountain community.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Proficiency with basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Vocational or technical training in maintenance preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of building systems issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Provide timely maintenance resolutions and follow-up.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Collaborate with engineering team as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Technician to join our Engineering Team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and management and ensuring timely resolution of all issues. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and solving a variety of building maintenance issues.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour based on experience.

Second Shift: 3PM- 11PM
