Easy Ice is hiring a Technician II in Mamaroneck, NY to install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot commercial ice machines. You will work with a team to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction, with focus on on-site service and documentation.

The role requires 1+ year in related repair work, EPA 2 certification, and ability to handle a rotating on-call schedule. A company vehicle and other benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment.
• EPA 2 Certification required or equivalent.
• Ability to work full-time with rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain and diagnose ice machines on-site.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate service reports and vehicle stock.
