Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist in Cincinnati, OH for part-time hours (25 or fewer per week). You will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly and ensure accurate order prep.

Responsibilities include preparing shakes, cones, sundaes and other treats, operating the POS and gas console, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Applicants must be 16+ and able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience while serving ice cream and food items.
• DipSide items prep: shakes, malts, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console, processing transactions and payments.
• Keep shelves, freezers, dip cabinet, and displays clean and well stocked.
• Maintain security and proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment temperatures; complete time records.
