Salt & Straw is opening a Utah shop and is looking for friendly Scoopers who love sharing flavors and creating memorable guest moments. You will welcome guests, guide tastings, scoop to standard portions, and operate the register while supporting a clean, stocked shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Must be 16+ and available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain a food handler's card within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality from start to finish.
• Guide guests through flavors and offer samples with stories.
• Scoop ice cream to shop standards and portion control.
• Operate the register and handle transactions.
• Support shop operations: cleaning, restocking, and prep.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, floors, restrooms, and equipment.
• Take and fulfill delivery orders with care and accuracy.
• Answer phones and assist guests with flavors, products and ordering options.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive, high-energy environment.
