Qualifications

• Proven cake decorating or pastry arts experience with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Skilled in ice cream cake decoration.
• Familiarity with packaging methods to preserve quality during display or delivery.
• Excellent customer service and ability to discuss design ideas and product details.
• Prior bakery/restaurant or catering experience is desirable.

• Package finished products carefully to ensure freshness, presentation quality, and safe transportation.
• Assist in food production tasks including mixing, baking, and assembling cakes to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by discussing design options, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support kitchen operations during busy periods by assisting with food prep, ingredient organization, and catering requests.
