Job summary

Baskin Robbins in Windcrest, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Ice Cream Cake Decorator to join our fast-paced dessert shop. You will design, decorate, and personalize cakes to match customer requests while delivering friendly service.

The role requires experience in cake decorating or baking, the ability to work in a cold freezer area, and strong time management. You’ll collaborate with a small team and handle special orders with care.

Qualifications

• Previous cake decorating or baking experience required.

• Decorate and design ice cream cakes according to company standards and customer requests
• Personalize cakes with writing, themes, and custom decorations
• Prepare and handle cake ingredients (ice cream, frosting, toppings, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines
• Manage special orders and ensure timely completion
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting with orders and design requests
• Support general shop duties as needed (stocking, cleaning, etc.)
