Job summary

Perry's Ice Cream in New York is seeking a production team member for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday). You will be responsible for adding ingredients into ice cream, lifting 50–60 lb pails of sauces, and 20–30 lb boxes of ingredients, while keeping the work area clean and safe.

The role supports production and sanitation teams, follows GMP procedures, and requires a high school diploma and the ability to stand for long periods and work on wet floors.

Qualifications

• Must lift and pour ingredients, including up to 60 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods on wet/icy floors.
• Follow GMP procedures and keep work area clean.
• Assist production and sanitation teams as needed.
• Willing to be paid through a temporary staffing service.

Responsibilities

• Add ingredients to ice cream.
• Lift and pour sauces and ingredients every 3-5 minutes.
• Keep work area clean and safe while performing other duties.
• Assist in other production and sanitation tasks.
