Job summary

Perry’s Ice Cream is seeking a dedicated team member for the 2nd shift to support warehousing and production services. You will handle raw material storage, packaging receipt, and BOM verification while upholding SQF standards for safety and quality.

Training will be provided to operate yard tractors and forklifts as needed. This role emphasizes problem solving, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to Perry’s values.

Overview

Shift

2nd Shift / 2pm to 10:30pm / Monday to Friday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands

About the Role:

As a core member of our production team, you will be expected to:

Be responsible for the proper warehousing of raw materials to support the manufacturing process
Act in support of the recycling and disposal of corrugated waste and garbage generated through daily production
Be trained to receive packaging and ingredients, as well as production material set up
Review the BOM’s to ensure they are accurate and complete when supporting the manufacturing floor
Be dedicated to the QCDSM process, adhere to SQF guidelines, and support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safety
