Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in commercial food prep/manufacturing; 2 years preferred.
• Minimum 6 months machine operating experience; 1 year preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and hospitality in daily interactions.
• Enjoy coaching and leading team members; work well with diverse people.
• Uphold high safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Proficient operating a wide range of production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Spin Team to meet daily production goals safely and efficiently.
• Provide hands-on guidance on equipment operation, recipe execution, and work order accuracy.
• Review daily production schedules and labor delegation.
• Monitor product quality from raw ingredients to finished goods; address issues promptly.
• Ensure GMP and sanitation compliance across the Spin Team.
• Prepare production areas and verify logs, lot codes, and labeling accuracy.
• Train and retrain team members on equipment, methods, and safety.
• Communicate policy updates to ensure operational consistency; support supervisor as needed.
