Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Production Helper in Manitowoc, WI for a potential to hire position. You will assist in packaging beverages, assembly, labeling, and machine operation in a cold production environment.

Hours include 6:00am–4:00pm or 12:00pm–10:00pm on Monday–Thursday, and the role may involve working in the freezer and maintaining strict cleanliness and coding standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work in cold environment.
• Ability to stand for long hours, bend, twist and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cups into boxes and run through tape and labeler machines.
• Place pints into trays with proper lid placement and cleanliness.
• Label, fill and seal 2 1/2 gallon or 3 gallon containers accurately.
• Operate a 3-gallon forming machine to shape containers and transport to stations.
• Assist machine operator in obtaining candies or variegates as needed.
