Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a General Production worker for a potential to hire position in Random Lake, Wisconsin. This role supports multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and offers a wage range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with regular hours posted on the schedule.

You will operate and monitor beverage filling lines and related packaging equipment, perform start-ups and changeovers, ensure safety and quality standards, document production data, and assist with case packing and material

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of QMS, food safety standards, and GMPs.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to get forklift certified.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment according to safety standards and job specs.
• Monitor beverage filling lines, packaging, depalletizers, and stackers for quality.
• Perform start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns safely and efficiently.
• Inspect for defects and report concerns to maintenance and leadership.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain flow.
• Clean in place and sanitize to maintain hygiene and food safety.
• Document production data, machine settings, downtime, and quality checks.
• Assist with case packing, palletizing, sorting, and material handling.
• Load and unload materials, ensure correct line setup and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete documentation.
