The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Sikeston, MO to lead integrated production and packaging, ensuring safety, quality, and uptime across the line.

You will coach teams, coordinate with HR for hiring and onboarding, and drive continuous improvement through ICMS, 5S, and changeovers. A manufacturing-related college degree and strong leadership are required.

Competenze

• College degree in a manufacturing related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel levels.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures and ensure clear communication of them.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work on multiple tasks.
• Ability to make supervisory-level decisions.
• Ability to handle disciplinary actions and proper documentation.
• Must have a basic knowledge of technical machinery or process equipment.
• Must understand lubrication, sanitation, change-over, KPIs, new products, PM process.
• Must take ownership of a work center(s) in a ICMS role

Mansioni

• Supervise production and packaging operations to ensure safety and quality.
• Screen, interview, and onboard new employees.
• Collaborate with HR to align people objectives.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance checks.
• Coordinate changeovers and maintain ICMS, Visual Management, and 5S.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and understand production equipment.
• Delegate tasks and monitor completion to meet KPIs.
• Work with support departments to meet KPIs (HR, Logistics, QA).
• Ensure product quality at designated cost.
• Understand and implement downtime reduction initiatives.
