Job summary

DFA seeks a senior finance leader to oversee all financial activities at the Belvidere location, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting while ensuring policy compliance and enterprise-wide collaboration.

You will lead month-end close, variance analysis, cash management, and KPI oversight; partnering with leadership to drive cost savings and process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excel and MS Office proficiency for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and present executive-level summaries.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate compliance with DFA policies and procedures.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and variance analyses.
• Prepare financial analyses and management commentary.
• Drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Lead KPI monitoring and cost-control initiatives.
• Manage staff including recruitment, supervision, and performance.
• Ensure cash position and asset protection.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and internal controls.
