Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior material handling or warehouse experience preferred, especially in food manufacturing.
• Must be able to operate forklifts and use basic computer systems for inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Stage ingredients and packaging for production lines based on schedules.
• Move finished goods to designated storage or shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP or tracking systems.
• Ensure proper labeling and lot traceability for all materials.
• Follow HACCP, SQF, and FDA guidelines for food safety and sanitation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform routine checks and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Adhere to all plant safety protocols and keep staging areas clean and organized.
