Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking a production line operator in Laurel, MD. The role focuses on running the assigned line to achieve daily production targets while upholding quality, safety, and hygiene standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will work with a team to ensure efficient operations, follow SOPs, and communicate effectively to resolve issues and maintain high performance. The environment is dynamic with emphasis on food safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One-year related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate the line to meet production targets with quality and safety.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and proper equipment use.
• Report faults and coordinate handovers with maintenance and shift.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet output targets.
