Job summary

Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Seattle. This role supports delivery of ice cream and related goods between shops, with hours of 20–32 per week, starting at $25.00 per hour.

The delivery team ensures accurate and safe transportation, maintains inventory records, and supports scoop shops, vendors, and wholesale accounts. Candidates should be safety‑minded and customer‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Washington state food handler’s permit required
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week, with 4 days per week in peak season (June–Aug)

Responsibilities

• Comply with all traffic and parking laws
• Accurately pull orders and transport ice cream, ingredients, and supplies
• Track transfers and receipts using inventory software
• Communicate inventory issues to Delivery Logistics Manager
• Monitor delivery Slack channel and respond promptly
• Complete errands and tasks as needed
• Fulfill online store orders and organize merchandise
• Maintain delivery vehicles cleanliness
• Inform Delivery Logistics Manager of vehicle issues
• Represent the company professionally to vendors and customers
• Follow health and sanitation guidelines
• Keep stations and receiving areas clean and organized
• Participate in monthly inventory
• Other duties as assigned
