Job summary

Sweet Cow Ice Cream is seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Delivery Driver in Colorado to deliver products safely and on time. You will operate delivery vehicles, manage inventory, and support shop locations and MooMobiles with reliable service.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires 30+ hours per week, daytime hours, and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Spotless driving record.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly.
• Mastery of basic math including fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and both US and metric units.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communicator with peers and leaders; some English preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Daytime availability; nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background check.
• Minimum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain Sweet Cow's delivery fleet.
• Deliver ice cream and products on time; handle invoicing and rotation.
• Manage weekly ingredient distribution to shops.
• Use inventory management software and update records.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and vehicles with FIFO.
• Assist on the factory floor with production as needed.
• Check quality and temperatures; follow sanitation procedures.
• Communicate needs and updates with the Factory Manager and field team.
• Provide friendly, professional service to shops and customers.
• Work as a team to meet shop needs and uphold standards.
