Job summary

Rich’s, also known as Rich Products Corporation, is seeking a Machine Operator in Crest Hill, IL to mold ice cream cakes on the assigned line. You will prepare casting materials, set up workstations, and support the Casting Lead in supervising the molding process to meet production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of machine operator experience, with basic Excel/Word skills, strong reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare casting materials and set up workstations.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently while producing high quality ice cream products safely.
• Perform tasks to ensure smooth process flow.
• Follow safety practices and identify potential hazards.
• Assist Lead as needed on the production line.
• Comply with GMP and safety and food safety standards at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
