Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator in Crest Hill, IL to set up casting stations and run equipment that produces high-quality ice cream cakes. You will help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting the line and casting lead.

Your role requires a reliable, punctual, and self-motivated individual with at least 1 year of machine operation experience and strong English communication skills. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years Machine operator experience required.
  • Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated and ability to take initiative and use sound judgment in day-to-day decision making.
  • Punctual and reliable in work attendance.
  • Ability to organize and communicate to all levels of personnel.
  • Flexible and able to manage others.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills required, bilingual speaker a plus.

Segment: Operations

Purpose Statement

The Machine Operator controls machinery to mold ice cream cakes in a safe, sanitary, cost-effective, and efficient manner that meets company food safety and quality standards. Also maximizing product quality and attractiveness through strong leadership and achieving individual outputs to support the team in meeting production goals. In addition to assisting the Casting Lead in supervising molding cakes on the assigned line.

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$20.01-$20.01
