Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years machine operator experience.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Punctual and reliable in work attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible and able to manage others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare casting materials and set up workstations.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently while producing high-quality ice cream products.
• Perform tasks to ensure smooth process flow.
• Follow safety practices and identify hazards.
• Assist Lead as needed.
• Comply with GMP and safety standards at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
