Responsibilities

• Decorate and design ice cream cakes according to company standards and customer requests.
• Personalize cakes with writing, themes, and custom decorations.
• Prepare and handle cake ingredients (ice cream, frosting, toppings, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines.
• Manage special orders and ensure timely completion.
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting with orders and design requests.
• Support general shop duties as needed (stocking, cleaning, etc.).
