Job summary

Baskin Robbins is seeking a detail-oriented Ice Cream Cake Decorator for a part-time position in Windcrest, TX. This role involves decorating ice cream cakes, personalizing designs, and handling ingredients in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop environment.

The ideal candidate has cake decorating or baking experience, a creative eye, and the ability to work in a cold environment. You will maintain safety standards, assist with special orders, and support daily shop duties with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold environment (freezer area)

Responsibilities

• Decorate and design ice cream cakes according to company standards and customer requests
• Personalize cakes with writing, themes, and custom decorations
• Prepare and handle cake ingredients (ice cream, frosting, toppings, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines
• Manage special orders and ensure timely completion
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting with orders and design requests
• Support general shop duties as needed (stocking, cleaning, etc.)
