Job summary

FACILITY MANAGEMENT CORP, known as FMC Ice Sports, is seeking a Facility Operator responsible for maintaining safe and clean facilities. The role involves routine maintenance, operating ice resurfacer, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The position requires no prior ice rink experience, as training will be provided. Compensation starts at $18 per hour, increasing to $20 after training, with discretionary bonuses and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License.
• Self-starter capable of analyzing situations with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as service needs change.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure facility.
• Make and maintain ice surface and maintain arena facilities.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
