Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate machinery (e.g., Zamboni, mowers).
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems; able to lift 50–100 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance & Repair: respond to work orders campus-wide (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, lighting).
• Mechanical Systems & Equipment Operation: operate and maintain arena equipment (Zamboni, edgers, snow blowers).
• Grounds & Seasonal Support: snow/ice removal, lawn/tree care, seasonal transitions.
• Customer Service & Campus Support: be a friendly, solution-oriented point of contact for community members.
