Qualifications

• CPC or CCS-P certification or ability to pass Toledo Clinic coding test.

Responsibilities

• Apply CPT and ICD-10 codes to procedures performed.
• Enter charges into claim entry in eCW.
• Track patients seen and manage denials and errors in eCW claims.
• Assist with patient billing questions and registrations.
• Maintain accurate workflow processes for claims.
