Qualifications

• Associates degree recommended, bachelor's preferred.
• Completion of billing/coding coursework or equivalent.
• CPC and CPMA credentials preferred.
• Five years coding/billing experience across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage coding education programs for staff.
• Train staff on ICD-10 coding and documentation best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, coders, and admins to identify training needs.
• Ensure adherence to coding and compliance guidelines.
