Jobtome is seeking an RN for the Intermediate Critical Care unit in New Mexico. The ICC unit handles higher-acuity patients with advanced monitoring and care requirements, offering professional growth and a structured team environment.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing development within critical care settings. Night shifts with differential compensation are available, and relocation or sign-on considerations may be discussed.

Formación

• RN licensed in New Mexico or eligible for licensure.
• Program graduate with nursing degree.
• Nationally accredited nursing graduate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans.
• Assist with and document patient assessments, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching.
• Triage calls and inquiries according to departmental policy.
• Administer medications, including IV meds, following the Seven Rights; document findings.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• Support ongoing education and professional development for staff.
