Job summary

TTL is seeking an ICC-certified special inspector to work on projects in the West Georgia area. The role is full-time and permanent for approximately two years, with potential reassignment afterward.

Duties include on-site inspections, daily reporting, and ensuring compliance with specs. Ideal candidates hold ICC Reinforced Concrete and possibly Masonry certifications, with able to obtain required credentials within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of reinforced concrete inspection experience.
• ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector certification or ability to acquire within 8 weeks.
• F-number (Floor Flatness/Flatness) certification or ability to acquire within 6 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication; valid driver's license and clean record.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site observations and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare written daily reports to document findings.
• Follow procedures, perform computations, and maintain professional relations with stakeholders.
