Job summary

Easy Dynamics Corp in the United States is seeking an ICAM Operational Support Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 identity and access support on a federal contract. You will work with end users, application owners, and government stakeholders to resolve escalated issues in SailPoint, Entra ID, and GitHub environments.

The role requires hands-on IAM experience, ability to own issues through resolution, and clear communication in a fast-paced government contracting setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an operational support or service desk role within an ICAM or IT security environment, including escalated tickets.
• Working experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user/group management, conditional access, MFA, and SSO/federation troubleshooting.
• Experience using a ticketing/ITSM system such as ServiceNow to manage, document, and resolve customer-reported issues against SLAs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance or suitability determination as required by the contract.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 identity, credential, and access issues.
• Investigate and resolve provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement issues within SailPoint.
• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, conditional access, and identity federation issues in Entra ID.
• Log, track, and update all interactions and resolutions in ServiceNow for SLA reporting and audit purposes.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and coordinate with engineering and security teams to implement permanent fixes.
