Easy Dynamics Corporation seeks an ICAM Operational Support Specialist to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support on a federal ICAM contract. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an operational support or service desk role within an ICAM or IT security environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO/federation troubleshooting.
• Experience using ServiceNow to manage, document, and resolve issues against SLAs.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and remain composed under pressure.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain a federal government security clearance (Public Trust).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 identity, credential, and access issues.
• Investigate and resolve provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement issues within SailPoint—certification errors, workflow failures, and connectors.
• Troubleshoot authentication, MFA enrollment, and conditional access in Entra ID and related systems.
• Log, track, and update all interactions and resolutions in ServiceNow for SLA reporting and audit purposes.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with engineering, security, and platform teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Escalate systemic issues or security concerns with clear context to leadership.
• Support identity lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and runbooks to reduce resolution time.
