Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar and meet Rule 403 requirements.
• Juris Doctor degree with five years of practicing attorney experience.
• Knowledge of South Carolina laws, procedures, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Advise law enforcement on ICAC investigations and review case information.
• Prepare cases for county grand jury and obtain indictments as needed.
• Make court appearances and trial presentations for the State of South Carolina and the Attorney General's Office.
• Prepare orders to obtain subscriber information from the internet and service providers.
• Assist in training and presentations to law enforcement, schools, and community groups.
• Respond to citizen inquiries and perform related duties as requested.
