Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a dedicated IC test technician in Santa Rosa, CA to support production and prototype circuits at the wafer stage. You’ll perform DC and RF tests with automated systems on a high-variety manufacturing line.

The role requires experience with test equipment, cleanroom duty, and ability to troubleshoot electronics. Training will be provided; 3rd shift availability is required, with dayshift transition possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with test equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment (gown and hood).
• Experience with a microscope preferred.
• Strong PC & MS Office skills.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Interested in rapid skill development and progressively increased responsibility.
• Excellent communication.
• Strong logistical skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplined cross-departmental environment.
• Experience with Integrated Circuit wafer (fabrication and handling) preferred.
• Technical experience preferred (electronics testing, troubleshooting).
• AS or Certificate in Electronics Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain manufacturing equipment and perform product tests.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues on electronic and mechanical operations.
• Support engineers with tests, experiments, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate across departments to address product/process challenges.
• Operate within a high-variety manufacturing environment and maintain safety.
