Job summary

NAES Corporation on-site maintenance technician position responsible for instruments, control systems and electrical equipment in a renewable natural gas process facility. The role includes preventive maintenance, calibration, documentation, and troubleshooting of DCS/PLC and turbine control equipment.

The technician will ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage spare parts and procedures, and support facility operations with hands-on electrical and instrumentation work up to 480 volts.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 V.
• Electronics tech program is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and emergency backup systems.
• Maintain equipment files, logs, and drawings.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain plant instrumentation.
• Inspect and repair motors, generators, transformers, switches, and control equipment up to 480 V.
• Troubleshoot DCS, PLC, turbine control equipment.
• Support NAES safety and regulatory programs.
