This night-shift role offers growth in materials testing, with a 15% differential, and requires 1 year IC testing experience, hands-on equipment skills, and a focus on quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with IC testing (ATE) in electronic manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in running semiconductor test equipment.
• Ability to calculate test yield and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Ability to work with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operates semiconductor automated testing equipment and manual test.
• Ensure operational documents and quantity reports are accurate, complete and timely for each operation.
• Meet test priority and on-time goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Work cohesively with other team members and assist to achieve testing objectives.
• Proactive in identifying issues and resolving them quickly to satisfy productions objectives and customer needs.
