Job summary

Eurofins EAG Laboratories in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an Assembler/Test Operator for the ATE Engineering team. You will perform manual testing and operate Automated Test Equipment to test semiconductor parts, ensuring quality, efficiency and on‑time delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands‑on IC/ATE testing experience, solid Excel skills and the ability to troubleshoot and communicate with customers.

This is a night‑shift position from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with IC testing (ATE) in electronic manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in running semiconductor test equipment.
• Good Excel skills.
• Ability to calculate test yield and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Ability to work with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor automated testing equipment and manual test.
• Ensure operational documents and quantity reports are accurate, complete and timely for each operation.
• Meet test priority and on-time goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Work cohesively with other team members and assist to achieve testing objectives.
• Proactive in identifying issues and resolving them quickly to satisfy productions objectives and customer needs.
