Job summary

iHerb in Irvine, CA seeks an Inventory Transformation Process Leader to drive planning and execution ecosystem evolution with deep SAP IBP and supply chain systems expertise. You will challenge current processes, apply decision-ready data sets, and implement exception-based planning to enable faster, higher-quality decisions.

This hands-on role emphasizes practical outcomes over theory. The ideal candidate will shape IBP architecture, design alerts and dashboards, and ensure fast responses

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience in supply chain or transformation programs.
• 5–7+ years hands-on SAP IBP across multiple planning areas.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC in supply chain modules.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end planning architectures and integrations.
• Deep understanding of data models, master data governance, and planning heuristics.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Transformation: redefine end-to-end planning processes with cross-functional teams.
• Translate strategy into an executable IBP and Inventory Optimization roadmap.
• Challenge legacy processes and designs to improve speed and decision quality.
• Drive measurable outcomes across service, inventory, cost, and agility.
• Design and apply integrated data sets for decision-ready planning in IBP.
• Shift planning to exception-driven workflows with clear ownership.
• Embed decision logic into IBP workflows for same-day decisions.
• Reduce manual data prep and focus on critical issues.
• Own SAP IBP & systems architecture design and configuration.
