Qualifications

• IBP and S&OP required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing/Procurement, Planning, Logistics/ Fulfillment or Manufacturing.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
• MS PowerPoint and Excel required; Tableau/SQL/Python/R a plus.
• Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP) and agile/change mgmt is a plus.
• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, CS or Data Science.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform their business using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose problems from interviews and data to deliver value quickly.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
• Mentor consultants and clients to ensure project success.
• Build client knowledge and long-term relationships.
