Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau (or similar BI tool), SQL, Python or R a plus.
• Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.), agile development and change management are a plus.
• Track record of building and delivering presentations to senior executives; strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose and solve problems impacting operating margin using data and interviews.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design to create holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team and mentor others for successful delivery.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term relationships at all levels.
