Job summary

Kratos Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced IBP/S&OP planning leader to unify demand, supply, and financial planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own the IBP governance, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, and translate complex inputs into executable demand and revenue plans.

The role emphasizes scenario planning, risk management, and continuous improvement of planning processes using tools like Anaplan and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IBP, S&OP, or related planning roles.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or in progress.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consensus demand plan using forecasting and inputs.
• Lead the monthly S&OP / IBP process and governance.
• Translate upstream inputs into actionable planning outputs.
• Identify risks and opportunities and perform scenario planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align plans.
• Monitor project pipelines and revenue realization risks.
• Incorporate supply constraints into executable plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
• Own the IBP process and reporting frameworks.
