Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IBM Infosphere MDM v12.0 solutions with complex customizations.
- Customize IBM MDM product and understand its concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
- Develop Data Stewardship Center for IBM Infosphere MDM v12.0 under IBM Business Automation Workflow v20.0 with customizations.
- Work with MDM workflow concepts, IBM BAW capabilities, and customization of Data Stewardship Center.
- Understand IBM BAW/BPM architecture and data models.
- Customize workflow task management with custom components and rules.
- Identify and resolve BPM/BAW performance bottlenecks.
- Perform routine server and product maintenance activities.
- Utilize PL/SQL (Oracle 19c) extensively.
- Understand IBM MDM Data model, extension framework, and survivorship concepts.
- Configure Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME) components and rules.
- Manage workflow tasks related to Critical Data Change and custom workflow tasks.
- Design and implement complex hierarchy build and survivorship rules.
- Automate processes using Unix scripting and Java utilities.
- Integrate with MQ and IBM BAW tools.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and offshore teams.
- Communicate effectively and present technical information clearly.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Mulesoft APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Snowflake.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
- Experience with Jira and MIRO for project management and planning.
- Understanding of Agile DevOps processes.
Role Expectations:
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business needs, including fixes, enhancements, and complex solutions.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues to meet SLA/PI targets.
- Review code and establish best practices and standards.
- Review existing implementations and suggest improvements.
- Participate in PI and Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and coordinate with offshore teams.
