Title: Senior IBM MDM/Developer

Location: Dallas, TX - Only Locals

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 9 Years Required

Technical Skills: IBM MDM v 12.0 Advanced edition, Java, J2EE, XML, Json, Unix, PL/SQL (Oracle), Snowflake

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement IBM Infosphere MDM v12.0 solutions with complex customizations.
2. Customize IBM MDM product and understand its concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
3. Develop Data Stewardship Center for IBM Infosphere MDM v12.0 under IBM Business Automation Workflow v20.0 with customizations.
4. Work with MDM workflow concepts, IBM BAW capabilities, and customization of Data Stewardship Center.
5. Understand IBM BAW/BPM architecture and data models.
6. Customize workflow task management with custom components and rules.
7. Identify and resolve BPM/BAW performance bottlenecks.
8. Perform routine server and product maintenance activities.
9. Utilize PL/SQL (Oracle 19c) extensively.
10. Understand IBM MDM Data model, extension framework, and survivorship concepts.
11. Configure Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME) components and rules.
12. Manage workflow tasks related to Critical Data Change and custom workflow tasks.
13. Design and implement complex hierarchy build and survivorship rules.
14. Automate processes using Unix scripting and Java utilities.
15. Integrate with MQ and IBM BAW tools.
16. Collaborate with business, technical, and offshore teams.
17. Communicate effectively and present technical information clearly.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Mulesoft APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Snowflake.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
• Experience with Jira and MIRO for project management and planning.
• Understanding of Agile DevOps processes.

Role Expectations:

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business needs, including fixes, enhancements, and complex solutions.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues to meet SLA/PI targets.
• Review code and establish best practices and standards.
• Review existing implementations and suggest improvements.
• Participate in PI and Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and coordinate with offshore teams.
